Our signature 60minute Sheepdog Demonstrations showcase worldclass herding in action. Whether you’ve never seen a sheep or raise livestock yourself, you’ll be captivated by the precision, speed, and intelligence of our dogs—many of which have represented Ireland at national and international competitions atlanticsheepdogs.ie. With a flock of over 1,700 sheep on an authentic Wild Atlantic Way stage, you’ll step into the heart of Irish rural life.

Growing up next door to each other in the picturesque village of Streedagh, we’ve always felt a deep connection to this beautiful part of the world. It’s where our roots run deep, and we never felt the need to stray far. Today, Streedagh is not just our home but also the place where we’re raising our three mighty little men. It’s here, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, that we’ve built our lives and our business – Atlantic Sheepdogs.

Atlantic Sheepdogs is situated in Streedagh, just outside the coastal village of Grange, Co. Sligo – the gateway to the Northwest of Ireland.
The age-old question of the chicken and the egg applies to us: do we keep sheepdogs to herd our sheep, or do we farm sheep to keep our sheepdogs happy? Either way, Atlantic Sheepdogs is where it all comes together. Our nine loyal sheepdogs are the heart of our operation, expertly managing a flock that swells to over 1,700 sheep and lambs during peak summertime. It’s a busy, fulfilling life in Streedagh, full of energy and purpose.
